Power Lab DMS does not solely increase commonrail pressure. Unlike the other
low performance diesel piggyback units in the market, which will eventually
leads to many engine check lights, heavy black smoke and causes faulty
ECU reading which leads to poor fuel economy etc.
DMS takes the true rpm value along with the true throttle postion
sensors values (TPS), the MAF (mass air flow) and MAP (manifold
absolute pressure) sensor readings and parameters for calculating
the duration of the commonrail spray, to help perfectly collaborate
the fuel and air ratio inducted by the turbocharger.
Power gain of 45-50HP is achievable on Hilux Vigo 2.5D*.

Power Lab DMS-1 is the diesel management system for Mitsubishi Triton
2.5D. Like the DMS-SPORT, it also reads the true rpm value along with

calculating the duration of the commonrail spray, to help perfectly

Power Lab DMS-SPORT and DMS-1 has superior performance over its competitor due to the
possibility of full software tuning via its extra connector ports and
state of the art computer interface, to achieve the
specific
requirement and performance accordingly, especially for commonrail diesel
trucks with modified
turbo, modified intercooler or exhaust system.

Fitting Power Lab DMS-1 involves fitting eight independent fuel injector caps to
the Commonrail fuel injectors, this is to have direct control over
the injection sequences and fuel delivery.
Having fitted the DMS-1 to the vehicle's ECU
power-source and connected to the TPS sensor, it is able to read real
time TPS values directly from the source, which results in minimal
communication and signal lag, hence delivers fast instant response
with fantastic power gains.
Power Lab
DMS-1 is the only piggyback in the market that was designed to accept
higher turbo boost and aftermarket upgrade turbochargers, from
standard turbo boost level of 4.5-20psi up to tuned levels of 20-25psi or
even up to 20-50psi of turbo boost after the aftermarket turbocharger
upgrades.

DMS-1 includes all the cables and wires necessary to fit the piggyback
unit. An in-cabin On/Off switch is provided which allows the piggyback power to
be turned On or Off on the fly.
For ultimate power gain, fits with POWER LAB Fuel Pressure Controller. A
combined power gain
+60~70HP is highly possible*. |
