We have custom made a full set of cat back exhaust system for the Lexus
IS250. It is a full stainless
steel (grade 304) piping, full mandrel bent and TIG hand welded by
SuperCircuit in-house technicians... |

Since it is an V6 2.5L power plant, we've decided to do a parallel
running exhaust system for this car.
We have used the 2.0" (50.8mm)
diameter stainless steel piping to form the two ONE PIECE parallel
piping formation. Note the one piece centre piping
formation with NO JOINING (below left). Mandrel bent
piping minimises the exhaust flow restriction due to joining or welding
imperfection and maximize
exhaust flow
efficiency (below left).

When it comes to full exhaust customisation, even the rear mufflers are
customized specially for this car,
not the off-the-shelf type. We are talking customisation here... note
the titanium tail pipes are also
special ordered from the titanium factory. |
